As an existing customer, you will be able to renew existing credit packs and buy new ones up until 30th June 2013. Thereafter any credits that you have left can be used up until 31st December 2013 when the service and any remaining credit will end.
If you have purchased an annual licence you will be able to use the service until the expiry of the current licence term.
Accessing your account
As an aside, the existing web address (URL) to access the service is changing on 1st July 2013 to http://ro.postcodeanywhere.com
Access to http://www.routeoptimiser.com thereafter will not be possible, therefore you must update your bookmarks to ensure no disruption to your service. You may be prompted to re-enter your username and password.
Any support issues relating to the service will continue up until the termination date on: 31st December 2013.
